Terms and Conditions

1 This Test Match Extra website (the TME website) is owned and operated by Test Match Extra.com Ltd (the Company), a company registered in England and Wales whose registered office is at 78 Loughborough Road, Quorn, Loughborough, Leicestershire. LE12 8DX. You can contact the TME website or the Company at info@testmatchextra.com. Further references in these Terms and Conditions to the TME website apply equally both to the TME website and as appropriate to the Company.

2 All access to and use of the TME website is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the TME website each user (the User) acknowledges and accepts the content of these Terms and Conditions and of the TME website Privacy Policy, and by each use of the TME website the User acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy afresh. The TME website also acknowledges our responsibilities as set out in these Terms and Conditions and in our Privacy Policy.

3 The User acknowledges that any use of the TME website is a non-exclusive use for personal and leisure purposes only, that no use is for any commercial or business purposes, and that any use is at the User’s sole risk.

4 The User further acknowledges that any use or reproduction of the TME website must be in the form in which the TME website is published, that no distribution or commercial exploitation is permitted, whether in that form or otherwise, and that the TME website accepts no liability to any third party.

5 The TME website makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and comprehensiveness of its contents, but the User acknowledges that neither the TME website nor its suppliers accept any liability to Users nor give any warranty in respect of the accuracy of the contents or in respect of the uninterrupted nature or coverage of the TME website.

6 The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the TME website belong to the TME website and its suppliers and that use of the website confers no licence or other rights on the User. The moral rights of contributors to the TME website are asserted.

7 The TME website accepts no unsolicited contributions from Users or third parties. The User acknowledges that any solicited contributions to the TME website (for example in response to a competition) must be decent, must not be defamatory, and must not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8 The User, if a child or young person, confirms that he or she has parental permission to use the computer through which access is made to the TME website.

9 The TME website seeks to comply with data protection and all other relevant legislation. Further information on data protection is available from our Privacy Policy.

10 The User acknowledges that the TME website may be amended or discontinued at any time without notice.

11 The User further acknowledges that the TME website may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is the version appearing on the TME website at any time. At the end of the Terms and Conditions we print the date on which they were last amended.

12 If the TME website provides any link to any external website this is purely for the convenience of the User and the User acknowledges that the TME website makes no representations and accepts no liability in respect of the content or availability of the external website.

13 These Terms and Conditions are subject to English law. If any term is found to be invalid then this does not affect the validity of the other terms. Failure by the TME website at any time to enforce these Terms and Conditions does not amount to a waiver of the TME website’s rights to enforce them.
